Kratos 3D Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Kratos) attaches great importance to the protection of personal data in its global operations. REGULATIONS
Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) – This law, which entered into force on April 7, 2016, defines the regulations for processing and protecting personal data in Turkey. The law adopts principles of transparency, security, and accountability in the processing of personal data. It also covers the legal obligations that data processors in Turkey must comply with when processing personal data. Sanctions are foreseen for those who violate KVKK.
Health Information Protection and Electronic Health Services Regulation – This regulation determines the protection of health data in Turkey. Kratos collects users' face data only to create a 3D facial model. The collected data is only used for the creation of the 3D face model and is completely deleted after the model is created. No user data is stored or archived after the creation of the 3D model.

Kratos does not share users' face data with third parties. The data is only used for the duration necessary for the application to function, and after that, it is completely deleted. Under no circumstances are users' face data shared or sold to third parties.

Kratos takes the highest security measures to ensure the security of users' face data. The data is processed using secure encryption methods and stored only for the duration necessary for the 3D model creation process. Once the model creation process is completed, all data is securely deleted.
